You must be a current and active Indiana Infragard Member to self-nominate
What is the time committment for the positions?
There are monthly Board of Director meetings (1.5 hours/month)
Also there may be times that we meet outside of these meetings and special projects
(minimum of 4 hours/month)
There are also Sector events that Board members may speak at and are expected to attend as their schedule allows

What is the position description for the Secretary position?
The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors in one or more books provided for that purpose; see that all notices are duly given in accordance with the provisions of these Bylaws or as required by law; be custodian of the corporate records and of the seal of the Corporation (if any); and in general perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the President or by the Board of Directors.
The Corporation shall keep correct and complete books and records of account and shall also keep minutes of the meetings of the Voting Affiliates, the proceedings of its Board of Directors and those of committees having any of the authority of the Board of Directors, and shall keep at its registered or principal office a record giving the names and addresses of the members of its Board of Directors. Such records and books shall be subject to audit on a random basis with reports of audit provided to the standing Board of Directors and made available to the US Government Agency/Organization designated point of contact and the INMA.
The Secretary will also be responsible for completing any and all INMA reporting information needed on an annual basis in conjunction with the President or his or her designee.
All meeting minutes will be completed within 14 days of any schedule meeting or no later than 14 days prior to the next BOD meeting.
All minutes will be converted to .pdf format once approved for both archival and search purposes.
In addition, an annual reconciliation of meeting minutes will be completed and minutes combined into a single .pdf file for search and archival purposes.

The deadline to submit self-nominations for the 2020 election is:
November 13, 2020
Nominations will be compiled and a ballot will be sent to all active Indiana Infragard members for voting.
How long of a term are these seats?
Each of these seats is eligible for a 2 year term
